| The Indian Technical and Economic Co-operation (ITEC) programme was extended to Hungary in 1992. Under the ITEC Programme all expenditure, including the international air passages, boarding and lodging, internal transport, etc. in India of the candidates selected, are borne by Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Every year, two slots are allotted to Hungarian candidates for various training courses in India under ITEC programme, which are publicised through the Hungarian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. |
